I do laundry for the house. That's the cue. Reordered the 6 so I don't gap. Habit beat the pitch. I keep it by the hymnals. Reordered when two days were left.

No Retride review has passed our checks yet, so the rating panel and all six review cards are blank. A review goes live only after its order ID is confirmed and the buyer sends a photo of their bottle. Until then, research is the better guide: in BHB salt trials, the diet drove weight loss, not the salts.
The honest answer is zero, so the panel stays blank.
No ratings are published yet. These fields are filled in only from reviews matched to real orders.
Not yet. As of October 11, 2026, no Retride review has passed our order check, so the score, the count and all five star bars are blank.
Showing a number with no real buyers behind it would mislead you. The fields stay empty until checked reviews exist to fill them.
All six slots wait for buyers whose orders we can confirm.

I keep a tackle box in the truck. Night-shift snacks were the use case. Capsules in the morning so I don't stack them at 2 a.m. I keep it in the tackle box. I take it after I feed the cat.

I sit with crossword coffee. Kid's soccer nights. I take them before we leave so I don't start at the concession stand. I keep it on the sewing table. I take it after I hang the keys.

I do PT homework on the floor. Called when the 6-pack felt like too much. Desk walked the window. I kept three. I keep it next to the PT bands. I take it when the dryer buzzes.

I watch grandkids twice a week. Travel week in a hotel. Serving still happened. That was the win. I keep it in the ferry bag. I take it before the first call.

I keep a radio on in the garage. I don't stack a second metabolism bottle. One is enough to remember. I keep it by the crossword mug. I take it after church coffee.

Every card leaves space for a first name, city, age range, the pack bought and the day of use. That last field matters. A note from day 4 tells you little about a 60-day trial.
Critical and middling reviews will go up too. A page full of perfect scores would give you less to go on, not more.
Two proofs first, then three more checks.
The buyer forwards the order number from the confirmation email. The order desk confirms the purchase was real and shipped.
The buyer photographs their own bottle with the label facing out. It proves the product is in their hands.
We log how long the buyer had been taking the capsules when they wrote.
Typos get fixed. Complaints are never trimmed and praise is never added.
The card lists the pack, the day count and the checks passed. Any disease claims are removed.

An order ID proves someone paid. A bottle photo proves they hold the product. With both, most fake reviews fall away.
Miss a step and the review waits. We never pay for reviews or hand out free bottles in return for one. To find the lot area, see how batch checks work.

Six signs that separate a real report from marketing.
A useful Retride review reads like a short diary, not an ad. Run this list over any review you find, here or on another site.
The diet point matters most. Ketosis comes from cutting carbs below about 50 g a day (StatPearls, Ketogenic Diet, 2023). A review that gives the capsule all the credit, with no word about food, skips the main cause.
Our keto diet guide shows what a fair test of the routine looks like.
These checks apply to every review page, this one too.
Seven signs a keto pill review may be fake
| Warning sign | What the record shows |
|---|---|
| “As seen on Shark Tank” or a celebrity name | The FTC says scammers fake Shark Tank endorsements for keto pills (FTC Military Consumer, 2023). |
| A news-style page with one glowing story | A watchdog found a fake news page used to sell a keto pill (TINA.org, Keto GT, 2021). |
| Before-and-after photos | The same photos turned up again and again in keto pill ads (TINA.org, Keto GT, 2021). |
| “I lost weight without diet or exercise” | The FTC calls this a false promise (FTC, The Truth Behind Weight Loss Ads, 2025). |
| “My free trial was amazing” | Free trials for weight-loss products often turn into repeat charges (FTC, The Truth Behind Weight Loss Ads, 2025). |
| Huge results with “results not typical” in small print | The FTC says that small print does not make a misleading claim honest (FTC Health Products Compliance Guidance, 2022). |
| Dozens of five-star posts in a single week | Genuine buyers post at different times and give mixed scores. |
The same watchdog report counted 116 Better Business Bureau complaints about one keto pill, nearly all about billing (TINA.org, Keto GT, 2021). Fake praise and surprise charges often show up together.
Our post on fake keto pill ads walks through more examples.
In both trials, the diet did the work.
Average weight loss in two BHB salt trials (not Retride results)
One review is one person's story. A trial is an average across many people. In the higher-dose salt trial, the placebo group actually lost a little more than the salt group (Buga et al., 2021). In the other, the salt group lost more, but the gap was not significant (Roeth et al., 2025).
Both trials gave grams of BHB a day. Retride lists 60 mg. If a review credits the capsule with dramatic loss, hold it up against these bars and ask what changed in the diet.
What to expect from this product type. Not reviews.
Two capsules with water each morning is simple to keep up.
Headache or tiredness from the diet, fading within weeks (Bostock et al., 2020).
At 60 mg, the capsule alone is unlikely to create ketosis.
People want to know how much of each salt is inside.
From $1.63 to $2.63 a day, depending on the pack.
A call to +1 (302) 200-3480, then tracked return postage paid by the buyer.
These are likely themes for any BHB capsule, not quotes from Retride buyers. Use them as a list of things to watch in your own first weeks. The side effects page covers the diet risks in full.

Your report helps the next person choose.
A note after a few weeks says more than one written on day two.
Order ID, bottle photo, pack size and number of days.
What went well, what did not, what you ate and how you felt.
Send it to [email protected]. You hear back once the order is confirmed.
With your consent, we print only your first name, city and age range. Felt unwell? Stop the capsules and see a doctor first; the review can wait.
Refund requests go to the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480, not the editorial inbox. The Retride guarantee page lists the 60-day steps.
Search for Retride reviews and you may land on Retirides or Retriderm. Those are tretinoin skin creams, a different product type, so their reviews tell you nothing about a BHB capsule.
Before you trust a review, check that it names Retride capsules, the white bottle with the purple band, and the 2-capsule serving. Questions about this site go through the contact page.
None are published here yet. A Retride review appears only once its order ID checks out with the order desk and the buyer sends a photo of their bottle. Until then, the score and all six cards are blank placeholders.
Reviews on this site will be tied to real orders. We cannot vouch for Retride reviews posted elsewhere. Distrust any page with a perfect score, before-and-after photos or a Shark Tank story.
No complaint has been verified yet. The fair ones we expect: the 60 mg dose is small, ketosis needs the diet, the blend hides each salt's amount, and return postage costs the buyer.
No checked Retride review exists to answer that. Research is the better guide for now. On a keto diet, people lost about the same weight on BHB salts as on placebo, so the diet drove the result.
Nothing we have seen links Retride to Shark Tank. The FTC warns that fake Shark Tank endorsements are a common keto pill trick, so treat any review that mentions the show as a warning sign.
No. Lighting, posture and diet all change between photos, and a watchdog found the same photos reused across keto pill ads. This site will never show before-and-after pictures.
No verified reports exist yet. The likeliest issue is keto flu from the diet, such as headache, tiredness or nausea in the first weeks. At 60 mg, the capsule's mineral load is tiny.
Email [email protected] with your order ID, a photo of your bottle, the pack size and how many days you used it. Describe what happened, good and bad. We confirm the order before anything goes live.
We have no way to check reviews on other sites. A marketplace seller may stock different bottles and may not offer the 60-day refund from this order desk. Check the seller name and label first.
Yes, within 60 days of purchase. Phone +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID and ship the bottles back with tracking. Return postage is paid by the buyer.
Order from the U.S. authorized merchant, keep your order email, and you are covered by the 60-day money-back guarantee. Questions first? Call +1 (302) 200-3480.
