Retride Disclaimer: FDA Statement, Results and How to Read This Site
Retride is a dietary supplement, not a drug. Its label claims have not been evaluated by the FDA, and the FDA does not approve supplements before sale. No weight loss is promised. The label blend is 60 mg of BHB salts, while studies used 10 to 24 grams a day. Getretride earns money on sales. Nothing here is medical advice.
What does the Retride FDA statement mean?
Short notice, real meaning.
It means the FDA has not checked the claims printed on the Retride label. The asterisk on each claim points to this notice:
*These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
U.S. law asks for this exact wording next to claims about how a supplement supports the body (FDA, Q&A on Dietary Supplements, 2026). The claims are the brand's words, not ours and not the FDA's.
- Advanced Weight Loss Support*
- Supports Healthy Metabolism*
- Promotes Fat Burning*
- Helps Reduce Appetite & Cravings*
Is Retride FDA approved?
No. Under U.S. law, the FDA does not approve dietary supplements or their labels before sale (FDA, Q&A on Dietary Supplements, 2026). No keto pill is FDA approved in that sense.
The label says the product was made in an FDA-registered facility. That means the factory is listed with the FDA. It does not mean the FDA tested or approved this product.
We also leave out brand-kit seals that are not on the label, such as non-GMO, gluten-free or doctor formulated. If the label does not say it, we do not claim it.

Will Retride make me lose weight?
No result is promised. Retride is a dietary supplement, not a drug and not a weight-loss medicine. No study has tested this formula.
The NIH notes that little is known about whether weight-loss supplements work, and that lifestyle change is the basis for lasting weight loss (NIH ODS Weight-loss supplements fact sheet). Even large doses of BHB salts added no clear weight loss over placebo in trials (Buga et al., 2021; Roeth et al., 2025).
Individual results vary with diet, activity, sleep, health and medicines.
Why do research doses not match the Retride label?
Milligrams on the label, grams in the studies.
Because studies used grams and the label lists milligrams. The whole BHB blend is 60 mg per 2-capsule serving. Human ketone-salt studies used about 10 to 24 grams of BHB a day, roughly 170 to 400 times more.
Retride label dose next to study doses
| Source | BHB dose | What it found |
|---|---|---|
| Retride label | 60 mg per 2 capsules | Not tested in any study |
| Stubbs et al., 2017 | About 12–24 g per drink | Blood BHB peaked near 1 mM |
| Roeth et al., 2025 | 10 g a day | 3.05 vs 1.51 kg, not significant |
| Buga et al., 2021 | About 24 g a day | 7.3 vs 8.0 kg, no difference |
So when we quote a study, it describes that study's dose, not the bottle. Read more in BHB ketones and supplement facts.
What do the images and seals on Retride pages show?
Product images show the bottle, the packs and the label so you can read them. Ingredient photos show what a white BHB powder looks like. They are not lab results.
Seal graphics come from the brand kit. We explain each one where it appears. We never present a stock photo as a customer, a doctor or an expert.
Lot R-26/GE-6093 and CoA R-6093-26-GE are reference numbers. They are not proof of an independent lab test.
How does this site earn money from Retride?
Getretride is a U.S. stocking partner for Retride. We earn money when you order through this site. We are not the manufacturer.
This is a conflict of interest. We handle it by sticking to the label, linking research and naming weak evidence. See our editorial standards.
How are Retride reviews and medical review handled?
No customer reviews or star ratings are shown yet. The sample reviews in the sales pack could not be checked, so they are not used.
Future reviews will appear only after the order ID and a bottle photo are matched. Critical reviews will be shown too.
Each page has a medical review field. It reads Dr. Alexis David, MD, Physician until a reviewer's identity and credentials are confirmed. We never name a doctor we cannot verify.
Who should talk to a doctor before taking Retride?
The label caution names three groups. A strict keto diet adds a fourth.
- Pregnant or nursingAsk first
- Under 18Ask first
- A known medical condition, such as kidney diseaseAsk first
- Taking insulin or diabetes pills and planning strict keto (StatPearls, Ketogenic Diet, 2023)Ask first

Retride disclaimer questions
Is Retride FDA approved?
No. The FDA does not approve dietary supplements or their labels before they are sold. The label says Retride is made in an FDA-registered facility, which means the factory is listed with the FDA. It is not approval of the product.
Will Retride make me lose weight?
No amount of weight loss is promised. Retride is a dietary supplement, not a weight-loss drug, and no study has tested its formula. Diet, activity and sleep drive results, and results vary.
Does Retride put you in ketosis?
Not on its own. Ketosis mainly comes from cutting carbohydrate to under about 50 grams a day. The label blend is 60 mg of BHB salts, far below the 10 to 24 grams a day used in studies.
What does the asterisk on the Retride label mean?
It points to the FDA statement: the claim has not been evaluated by the FDA, and the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. The law requires it next to claims like these.
Can I trust the Retride reviews on this site?
The site shows no customer reviews yet. Reviews from the sales pack could not be verified, so they are left out. Future reviews will be matched to an order ID and a bottle photo first.
Who reviews Retride health content?
A medical review field appears on every page. No reviewer has been confirmed yet, so the field shows a blank until a name and credentials are checked.
Is Retride the same as Retirides or Retriderm?
No. Retirides and Retriderm are tretinoin skin creams. Retride is a BHB capsule supplement taken by mouth. The names are similar but the products are not related.
Who should not take Retride without a doctor?
The label says pregnant or nursing women, anyone under 18 and anyone with a known medical condition should ask a physician first. People on diabetes medicine should ask before starting strict keto.
